Instructor - onboarding programmes (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Beacon Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
