Stonegate Amber Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 258 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
