Instructor - onboarding programmes (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Ember Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Honolulu, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
