Instructor - onboarding programmes (Hartford, CT)

Northwind Care Services supports families and individuals in Hartford with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
