Instructor - onboarding programmes (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Maple Staffing is a Hartford staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
