Instructor - onboarding programmes (Hartford, CT)

Amberfield Lantern Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Hartford, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
