Instructor - onboarding programmes (Hartford, CT)

Stonegate Summit Medical is a Hartford company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
