Instructor - onboarding programmes (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Grand Rapids region, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in customer estimates. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
