Instructor - onboarding programmes (Grand Rapids, MI)

Amberfield Loom Medical Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
