Instructor - onboarding programmes (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Meadow Medical is a Fresno company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
