Instructor - onboarding programmes (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Hollow Care Services supports families and individuals in Fresno with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
