Instructor - onboarding programmes (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Summit Thistle Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in school calendars. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
