Instructor - onboarding programmes (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Fresno region, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 735 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in warranty claims. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
