Instructor - onboarding programmes (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Rowan Health Group is a healthcare provider in El Paso with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
