Instructor - onboarding programmes (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Mill Health is a healthcare provider in El Paso with clinics and support teams, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 428 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
