Instructor - onboarding programmes (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Union Inspection Services Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in client sites. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
