Silverline Bridge Inspection Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
