Instructor - onboarding programmes (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Mill Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
