Instructor - onboarding programmes (El Paso, TX)

Highbridge Meridian Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
