Instructor - onboarding programmes (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Haven Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 907 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
