Instructor - onboarding programmes (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Nest Staffing Partners and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
