Instructor - onboarding programmes (Des Moines, IA)

Fernwood Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Des Moines, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
