Instructor - onboarding programmes (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lantern Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
