Instructor - onboarding programmes (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Iron Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
