Instructor - onboarding programmes (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Cobalt Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Denver, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Denver. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
