Instructor - onboarding programmes (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Clear Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Denver. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
