Instructor - onboarding programmes (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Linden Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in referrals. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
