Instructor - onboarding programmes (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Loom Learning Group is an education provider in Dallas serving students and families. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
