Instructor - onboarding programmes (Columbus, OH)

Amberfield Maple Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Columbus region, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
