Instructor - onboarding programmes (Columbus, OH)

Stonegate Ridge Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Columbus region, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in service appointments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
