Instructor - onboarding programmes (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Loom Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Columbus. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
