Instructor - onboarding programmes (Columbus, OH)

Bright Rook Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
