Instructor - onboarding programmes (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Summit Staffing places workers with employers around Columbus. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 413 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in candidate screening. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
