Instructor - onboarding programmes (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Cedar Health Group is a healthcare provider in Columbus with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
