Instructor - onboarding programmes (Columbus, OH)

Silverline Field Staffing places workers with employers around Columbus, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in onboarding. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
