Instructor - onboarding programmes (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cobalt Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
