Instructor - onboarding programmes (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Haven Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
