Instructor - onboarding programmes (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood North Staffing places workers with employers around Cincinnati. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 520 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in candidate screening. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
