Instructor - onboarding programmes (Cincinnati, OH)

Highbridge Vista Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in student accounts. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
