Instructor - onboarding programmes (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Harbor Health Group is a healthcare provider in Cincinnati with clinics and support teams, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient education. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
