Instructor - onboarding programmes (Chicago, IL)

Amberfield North Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Chicago caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in meal programmes. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
