Instructor - onboarding programmes (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Charlotte with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
