Instructor - onboarding programmes (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Field Medical is a Charlotte company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
