Instructor - onboarding programmes (Charlotte, NC)

Fernwood Pine Staffing is a Charlotte staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
