Instructor - onboarding programmes (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Bright Lantern Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in service appointments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
