Instructor - onboarding programmes (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Bright Cobalt Early Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in meal programmes. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
