Instructor - onboarding programmes (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Sable Early Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
