Instructor - onboarding programmes (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Birch Care Services Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
