Instructor - onboarding programmes (Charlotte, NC)

Lumen Amber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Charlotte caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in classroom supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
