Instructor - onboarding programmes (Charlotte, NC)

Summit West Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Charlotte. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
